Who we are

VCCC LLC (“VCCC,” “we”) is a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy applies to vcccllc.com and to email you send us. It does not cover a mobile app. If we publish an app, we will post an updated privacy policy and link it from the store listing before that app collects personal information.

What we collect

Email you send to contact@vcccllc.com (your address, name if you include one, and the message). Standard technical logs our hosting provider may keep when you load the site (IP address, browser, date and time, pages requested). We do not use those logs to profile you.

What we do not do on this site

We do not create user accounts. We do not run ads. We do not sell personal information. We do not require you to give us anything to read the site.

How we use information

To answer you, to keep the site running and secure, and to comply with law.

Who we share with

Hosting and email providers, only as needed to operate the site and receive mail. We share information if the law requires it. We do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails until we have handled them, then we delete or archive them. Server logs follow our host’s ordinary retention.

Your requests

Email contact@vcccllc.com to ask what we have from you, or to ask us to delete an inquiry. If a law where you live gives you additional rights, use the same address.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the effective date.
